(a) Personal registration information provided by you when registering a ELEARNING account as required.

(b) Information automatically received and recorded by ELEARNING when you use ELEARNING's online services or access the ELEARNING platform web pages, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software feature information, and webpage records you requested.

(c) User personal data obtained by ELEARNING through legitimate means from business partners.

You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:

(a) Keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by ELEARNING platform.

(b) Relevant information data collected by ELEARNING about you on the ELEARNING platform, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details.

(c) Actions that violate laws or regulations or breach ELEARNING's rules, as well as measures taken by ELEARNING against you.

  • ELEARNING will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any unrelated third party unless you provide prior permission, or unless that third party and ELEARNING (including affiliated companies of ELEARNING) individually or jointly provide services to you and after the service is completed, access to all such information will be prohibited.

  • ELEARNING also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any ELEARNING platform user engages in such activities, upon discovery, ELEARNING reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.

  • For the purpose of serving users, ELEARNING may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending product and service information to you, or sharing information with ELEARNING's partners so they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

Information Disclosure: Under the following circumstances, ELEARNING will fully or partially disclose your personal information according to your personal wishes or legal requirements:

  • With your prior consent, to disclose to third parties.

  • To provide the products and services you have requested and must share your personal information with third parties.

  • In a transaction created on the ELEARNING platform, if one party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills the transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, ELEARNING has the right to decide to provide that user with necessary information such as the contact information of the transaction counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of the dispute.

  • Other disclosures that ELEARNING considers appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.
